An outstanding and unique flightseeing experience! This is a top of the line glacier flightseeing activity!
You’ll be outfitted at the heliport in glacier boots and given a safety briefing before taking off for a thrilling flight to the glaciers of the Juneau ice field.
Your pilot will choose 2 landing spots among the 36 named glaciers of the 1,500 mile ice field based on current conditions to create an unforgettable, flightseeing experience! over towering mountain tops, untouched wilderness, and crystal lakes.
These breathtaking views will only be seen by a few. Ice spires, deep blue crevasses, and meltwater pools will be seen and, With approximately 50 minutes of helicopter time and 15 minutes at each landing, you will have plenty of opportunities to take in views of steep alpine ridges, lush rainforest, and the incredible glaciers below.
Explore and photograph the stunning, untouched landscape while your pilot escorts you on an informative walk along the glacier’s surface and describes the magnificent area that surrounds you.
