Upon arrival at the Salmon Bake, you will find Alaskan-caught wild salmon grilling over an open alderwood fire. You will also enjoy Cheechako barbecued chicken, Chilkoot baked beans, barbecued ribs, Tongass wild-rice pilaf, a variety of fresh salads, corn bread and lemonade, coffee or tea. Enjoy musical entertainment while you dine beside Salmon Creek, nestled in the lush foliage of Southeast Alaska’s rain forest, under translucent domes to protect you rain or shine. After dining, roast marshmallows over a crackling campfire. View the beautiful Salmon Creek waterfall beneath which salmon spawn and remnants of the historic Wagner Mine are evident.
